We have a core of 25 consultants and back office staff which is augmented by a pool of over 100 associates and several partner companies to ensure that Opin can provide a wide range of technical skills and can scale up rapidly to meet peaks in demand. Our associate base is made of contract consultants with whom we have established a strong working relationship over our many years of operation. These associates can participate in projects in almost the same seamless way a member of staff would. Within our base we have many acknowledged industry experts, published authors and niche technology specialists.
In addition to freelance associates, we partner with a number of large and small companies to ensure we can meet the demands of our customers. We have back to back agreements with many organisations as our business model is to provide the range and depth of technical expertise normally associated with a much larger company but retain the agility and accountability of a smaller company – the best of both worlds.
Our consultants follow arigorous selection and recruitment process and all must be known to the company and have worked with partner or customer organisations before working on one of our projects.
