We are looking to resource a number of Desktop Deployment Analysts on behalf of our Banking client. Roles can be based in London or Edinburgh.
Candidates should have a background in client application discovery for platform migrations/data centre moves or alternatively 10+ years experience providing 3rd line PC/desktop support or end-to-end client application provisioning, preferably in a banking environment
This role will be a mix of discovery, analysis, technical reviews and interviewing operational people to discover what is being delivered to the end users. The successful candidate needs to be well experienced in this type of project work.
Ideally candidates should also have an understanding of msi application packaging and application deployment methods, troubleshooting and investigative skills and preferably an understanding of Citrix
