Our Financial Services Client requires a highly experienced WebSphere Consultant. You will work in both a Project Delivery and Support capacity and must have a demonstrable track record in designing, implementing and supporting highly complex and mission critical Banking systems.

You will have strong technical skills in WebSphere Application Server 5/6/7 with clustering, load balancing and high availability configurations. Experience of Linux, AIX and Z/OS operating systems is highly desirable.

Our financial services client requires a talented Unix/AIX consultant to work in a dynamic support team managing a significant Unix/AIX estate. You will have in depth experience of the IBM hardware platform, including P6 and P7 technologies, and AIX operating system as well as a knowledge of EMC SAN and Netbackup/Networker backup technologies. Previous experience of mission critical support in a financial services environment is mandatory for this role. A track record of successful problem solving in a high pressure, complex technical environment is essential. Knowledge of Linux, Solaris and HP-US also an advantage
