Service Delivery Manager (Contract) 3m, Newcastle

Interim Head of IT Service Management. Responsibilities will include the day to day management of the IT Service function which comprises Systems Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Deskside Support. You will have a proven track record in Service Management, must be ITIL qualified, will be an excellent communicator and be able to engage stakeholders comfortably. You will ideally have worked within a financial services organisation, if not, within a corporate, blue chip environment.
